Chapter 01 — The Beginning

Built From Scratch

It didn't start with investors or a perfect roadmap. It started in garages and small workspaces in South Orange County — two twin brothers printing shirts young, learning production the hard way, and slowly becoming obsessed with apparel manufacturing.

What began as passion slowly became precision. By 2013, Zach and Chandler Connor officially founded LA Sublimation with one goal: build a real manufacturing company capable of producing premium custom apparel at scale, without sacrificing quality, speed, or control.

No shortcuts. No outsourcing. Everything earned.

Chapter 02 — The Founders

Blood Is Thicker.

Raised in the culture of SoCal's surf and skate scene, Zach and Chandler Connor weren't handed the keys. They built their own house.

What started with printing shirts in middle school evolved into one of the country's leading cut & sew sublimation factories. In 2010 they launched Modern Movement. By 2013, they went all-in on manufacturing — building a factory rooted in hard work, consistency, and long hours.

The Start

Stronger Together

Longtime sewing factory owner Israel Ajiataz joined forces with LA Sublimation. Years of trust and mutual respect combined — bringing all production under one roof and unlocking full vertical potential.

2025

Built for the Future

A technology firm partnered with LA Sublimation to modernize the way custom apparel is built. Manufacturing, software, and automation combined to scale smarter, move faster, and serve more.

On-Demand Fulfillment

We helped pioneer the cut & sew on-demand model. Brands produce custom apparel without carrying inventory — print and ship as orders come in.
