Requirements.
We print your file exactly as uploaded — no adjustments, no prepress corrections. Submit correctly and your transfers will be perfect. For "Print As-Is" orders, LA Sublimation is not responsible for quality issues from files that don't meet these specs.
We print in CMYK. Files submitted in RGB will be automatically converted — and your colors will shift. Set up your artwork in CMYK before submitting. We will not refund or reprint improperly prepared files.
Maximum print width is 23 inches. Sheet length available from 6" up to 105". Fit as many designs on one sheet as possible to reduce your cost-per-print.

A gang sheet is a single large sheet of film with multiple designs arranged together. Instead of ordering each design individually, you pack them onto one sheet to reduce cost. The sheet is then cut apart after pressing for individual use.
No. We print your file exactly as submitted. This is a "Print As-Is" service. It's your responsibility to ensure your file meets all specifications before uploading. We are not responsible for output issues from improperly prepared files.
PNG is rasterized at a fixed resolution — make sure yours is 300 DPI at the final print size. PDF can embed vector data for sharper edges at any size. Both work; PDF from vector sources is preferred for the cleanest output.
Measure the total height of your gang sheet layout. The width is always 23" — your sheet size is determined by the length. For example, if your arranged designs span 36" vertically, order the 23″ × 36″ sheet. Don't leave empty space below your designs.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from order confirmation. Rush orders are available — contact us before ordering. All orders ship with tracking. Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.
DTF transfers adhere to virtually any fabric — 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, blends, denim, canvas, leather, and more. No pretreatment required. The transfer is applied with your heat press using the pressing settings appropriate for your fabric type.
We guarantee our print quality. If there is a confirmed production defect on our end, we will reprint. We do not issue refunds or reprints for files that don't meet our specifications — incorrect resolution, wrong color mode, or non-transparent backgrounds are the submitter's responsibility.
